At Mama Row’s Caramel, we take pride in delivering handcrafted treats made with love and care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on caramel sauces, cakes, or other food items once they have been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there was an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If your order was incorrect or damaged, please email us at contactus@mamarowscaramel.com or call us at 206-715-6603 within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging to help us assess the situation.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
