Order Processing
We freshly prepare all caramel products in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently offer local pick-up, local delivery, and shipping within the United States. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Local pick-up and delivery: ready within 24–48 hours
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Warm Weather Advisory
During warm months, caramel products may be sensitive to heat. We recommend selecting expedited shipping to maintain product quality, and we are not responsible for heat-related damage during transit.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
